Region 1 - United Kingdom: Represented by ISO Code 3166-2 as GB-Great Britain. This code includes Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland but excludes the Isle of Man and The Channel Islands (these are included in the next Region).
Region 2 - Europe: There are 66 countries represented by ISO Code 3166-2 within the designated European Region. Of those 66, GB is negated (omitted as it is specifically listed above) and 26 are EU countries (The United Kingdom being the 27th). The 2 letter codes are as follows:
AL - Albania, AD - Andorra, AM - Armenia, AT - Austria(EU), AZ - Azerbaijan, PT-20 - Azores, IB - Balearic Islands, BY - Belarus, BE - Belgium(EU), BA - Bosnia-Herzegovina, BG - Bulgaria(EU), ES-CN - Canary Islands, FR-H - Corsica, HR - Croatia, CY - Cyprus(EU), CZ - Czech Republic(EU), DK - Denmark(EU), EE - Estonia(EU), FO - Faroe Islands, FI - Finland(EU), FR - France(EU), GE - Georgia, DE - Germany(EU), GG - Guernsey, GI - Gibraltar, GR - Greece(EU), GL - Greenland, HU - Hungary(EU), IM - Isle of Man, IS - Iceland, IE - Irish Republic(EU), IT - Italy(EU), JE - Jersey, KZ - Kazakhstan, KG - Kirghizstan, LV - Latvia(EU), LI - Liechtenstein, LT - Lithuania(EU), LU - Luxembourg(EU), MK - Macedonia, PT-30 - Madeira, MT - Malta(EU), MD - Moldova, MC - Monaco, ME - Montenegro, NL - Netherlands(EU), NO - Norway, PL - Poland(EU), PT - Portugal(EU), RO - Romania(EU), RU - Russia, SM - San Marino, RS - Serbia, SJ - Spitzbergen, SK - Slovak Republic(EU), SI - Slovenia(EU), ES - Spain(EU), SE - Sweden(EU), CH - Switzerland, TJ - Tajikistan, TR - Turkey, TM - Turkmenistan, UA - Ukraine, UZ - Uzbekistan, VA - Vatican City State
Region 3 - The Rest of the World: The Royal Mail lists 251 countries on its web site of which 66 are covered by Region 1 & 2 above. That leaves a total of 185 postal union countries that make up the Rest of the World. Suffice to say that the list is too long to list here but the full list is viewable by searching ISO 3166-2 in Wikipedia.
Updates in Postal Charges: The Royal Mail has a tendency to increase its rates around April of each year. Where the amount of increase is very small, it is possible that the increase may be absorbed and not passed on to the customer. However, if the increase is significant, it is possible that the buffer between the charged costs and the physical costs will be eroded. If that is the case, then I will have no choice other than to increase postage costs proportionately. However, any increase will always be kept to the exact minimum necessary so as to not end up that the store is subsidising the postage and packaging charges.
Returns: If for some reason you need to return an item or an order, the request for such a return must be made within three days of assumed receipt (5 days from the day of posting). Requests for returns outside of these times will not be accepted unless there are exceptional reasons to do so.
Items for Return: Under normal circumstances, there should be no reason why an item should be returned. Every item sold from this store is sold as genuine and in the condition described in the respective entry. The majority of entries within the store are individually imaged and therefore, unless there is positive proof that a label has been deliberately misrepresented, items purchased are on an as seen as bought basis. I will always endeavour to resolve any dispute regarding any item purchased through the store but my decision will ultimately be final.
Return of an Order: Where a request is made to return part or all of an order, such a request must give sound reasons why the request is being made. Unlike items purchased with size and colour constraints, material sold in this store is not subject to that form of return. When selecting items to purchase, the buyer/customer makes a commitment with the seller. The customer commits to buy and the seller commits to sell. Unless the seller has failed to honour that part of the contract to which he is committed, any request for the return of part or all of an order will be declined. I will always endeavour to resolve any dispute regarding all orders made through the store but my decision will ultimately be final.
This store operates in accordance with British Law and any disputes arising from any matters within this store will ultimately be subject to the Laws of The United Kingdom.
